1. How to delete your account in the app
You can delete your account at any time directly from the Veris EHS mobile app:
- Open the Veris EHS app and sign in.
- Go to your profile.
- Tap the “Delete account” button.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. You will be signed out and your account is scheduled for removal.
2. What is deleted
When you delete your account, the following are removed from the platform: your account and sign-in details, your personal profile and settings, and your access to the organisations you were associated with. You will no longer be able to sign in with that account.
3. What may be retained
Records that your employer or organisation is required to keep for safety, audit or regulatory reasons are held under your employer’s control and are not automatically erased by deleting your account. Where records were created in the course of your duties, they may be retained by your organisation and by Veris EHS only for as long as applicable law or the organisation’s retention policy requires.
4. Request deletion if you cannot access the app
If you cannot access the app, or you would like your account deleted for any other reason, send an email to contact@verisehs.ai with the subject “Account Deletion”. Include the email address or username associated with your account. We will verify your request and process it promptly, and in any event within the period required by applicable law.
5. Processing and contact
Account deletion requests are processed promptly once verified. Some backup or legal-retention copies may take a short additional period to clear. For any questions about this page or the deletion of your data, contact contact@verisehs.ai.
